Cabinets, Mantels, Surrounds, and Doors – We can help you with almost anything that goes around a fireplace.  Wood cabinets and mantels are available from Graysen Woods and Kozy Heat.  We can also custom build a “wall” or the surrounding area to a fireplace with wood, tile, and/or stone.  If you only need doors to add to the fireplace you already have, we can find a Thermo-Rite collection to suite your taste or have them custom make doors.

Hearth Pads – Hearth pads sit under a wood, pellet, or gas stove. They primarily protect the floor, but also make cleaning around the stove easier and add to the décor of the room. You will find hearth pads in a variety of sizes; some are made for corners; available models include those raised off the floor and with storage underneath.  If you cannot find something you like from Graysen Woods, we will custom make a pad of your choosing.

Fire Starters – No more messing with newspaper, kindling, or dangerous petroleum products!  We carry non-toxic LIGHTNING NUGGETS® and the smaller LIGHTNIN' BUGS®.  They are made from pulverized pitchwood and a minute amount of food-grade wax.  You simply place these fire starters directly on your wood, light the starter with a match or lighter, and in a few minutes your wood will be burning.  Nuggets burn for 15 minutes and bugs burn for 7 minutes.   Great for fireplaces or campfires, and available in small carry-with-you containers.  Gift baskets are available, as well as pinecone and other types of fire starters.  Yes, we also carry long matches!

Hearth Rugs – These specialty rugs will decorate your hearth and add a cozy feel. Many people like to sit close to their fire, and this provides a place to do just that. Hearth rugs are fire resistant. They come in a variety of colors and styles.

Steamers, Trivets, Scented Oil – To make a stove more useful and inviting, place a steamer or kettle on top of a wood or gas stove.  The water in a steamer or kettle will heat and put moisture back in the air.  Drops of scented oil can be added to the water for fragrance.  Scent stones are also available.  Just place a few drops of scented oil on the stone and lay the stone on top of your stove to warm and release a pleasant aroma.  Trivets will provide a resting place for hot kettles and steamers when they are removed from the stove.
